Player/Parent or Guardian Agreement: I understand that playing baseball involves risk of injury. I hereby certify that in consideration of permitting my child to tryout for or play for the Redbirds Baseball Organization, that I assuming all risk of injury of my child during practice and games. And I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have or may have in the future against said team, The Redbirds Baseball, it's coaches, administrators and players for any and all injuries that my child might suffer in games or practices with the Redbirds Baseball. I also release and waive any and all claims against the Redbirds Baseball for any and all financial obligations above the league fee, insurance fee, and game uniform cost. The cost of these items will be paid from the registration cost. Any and all other expenses that occur will be the responsibility of the individual team. All team costs will be the responsibility of the individual player and/or his parent or guardian of that team. I agree to return any and all items that belong to the team including: uniforms, helmets and catchers gear. Failure to do so would require the team to hold the player (parent or guardian) financially responsible. *
